Kevin is a great Realtor. He is very easy to work with and actually makes buying a house a very easy and pleasant experience. He helped us in our relocation to Florida from North Carolina. He took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and we found a beautiful home where we wanted to live. One of the best things we liked about Kevin that I think makes him stand out from all the other Realtors out there is that he communicates well and best of all OFTEN. He answers ALL emails in a very timely manner, calls you with updates, returns your calls, and even answers the phone when you call. He went above and beyond in all our many requests, even picked us up and brought us back to the airport when we flew in for a day to see more houses. The way he treats his clients with his above and beyond attitude was very helpful to us and much appreciated, especially since we did a lot of things from North Carolina.

Kevin,  I'm back in NC now and wanted to take time to drop you a note thanking you
for your assistance in my purchasing a home in San Antonio Fl.  It was your
professionalism, knowledge of the market and attention to detail which made the sale
a successful venture.  In the end it is much better for me to be a 30 minute drive
from Tampa rather than in the city since now I'm much closer to my kids.  The Tampa
Bay Golf /Country Club is an excellent location with many amenities and I am
very satisfied with my new house and location.  I will certainly keep you in mind should any of my friends, neighbors etc, express an interest in the Florida area.

Long story short, my g/f and I are moving to Tampa from NJ. I googled random Realtors in the Tampa area and kept in touch with quite a few. In the end, Kevin was the most helpful and informative. He is extremely patient, calm, courteous, and has a really great all-around personality. With my explanation to Kevin of what exactly our specific situation was and what we were looking for (close to USF, specific budget, relatively new home, great community) it didn't take Kevin long at all to pinpoint what seemed to be the best for us.
